What warranty do refurbished switches come with?
Every refurbished switch comes with a 1-year next-business-day (NBD) warranty, backed by our own engineers.
What is the difference between the Nexus 93180YC-EX and 93180YC-FX?
Both are 1RU switches with 48 × 1/10/25G and 6 × 40/100G ports and a 40MB buffer. The FX adds wire-rate MACsec on all ports (with a licence) and has a lower maximum power draw.
Catalyst 3850 or Catalyst 9300?
Both are stackable 1G access switches with PoE+ and UPOE options. The Catalyst 9300 is the newer platform, with more uplink options up to 25G and 40G and mGig models. The Catalyst 3850 is a cost-effective choice for expanding existing 3850 stacks.
Do the switches need licences?
Some features depend on Cisco licences, such as Catalyst licence tiers or Nexus features. We confirm what is included with each switch on your quote.
Can you configure the switches for us?
Yes. If you need it, our engineers build the configuration, such as VLANs, uplinks and stacking, to your network plan before delivery or on site.
Can you supply transceivers and cables?
Yes. We have matching SFP28, QSFP28 and other transceivers and cables, so your switches arrive ready to connect. See third-party accessories.
