Do you supply new hardware as well as refurbished?
Our main goal is to supply refurbished IT hardware; however, if you need brand-new hardware, we can source it for you.
Are there any other products or brands that you don't advertise online?
Yes. We have many products that are available upon request. Due to limited stock availability, we do not advertise these products online. If you would like to inquire about a product that you can’t find on our website, please contact us directly, and one of our experts will be happy to help.
Do you only sell servers?
We sell a range of refurbished IT hardware. Our inventory includes servers, workstations, storage arrays, networking equipment, as well as parts and upgrades.
Is there anything else besides hardware that you deal with?
We offer support in sourcing any additional accessories required to complete your IT project installation. For more information, visit our third-party accessories page.
Do refurbished products come with all the necessary accessories?
Our Dell boxed servers come with a bezel rack kit and a manual. All other products do not come with cables, manuals, or any other accessories. This is because different IT infrastructures have different requirements. We do not stock the necessary accessories, however, we can source them for you upon request. Can I upgrade refurbished products in the future?
Yes. Much of our hardware, in particular servers, is upgradable. If you are looking to upgrade your infrastructure, please contact us directly so our experts can advise you on what products are compatible with your current infrastructure.
Stock and Delivery
Do you hold stock in-house?
Yes, we hold stock in-house. This approach allows us to ensure the quality of our refurbished IT hardware by directly managing inspections, testing, and refurbishments. It also enhances inventory control, reduces lead times, and enables us to respond quickly to customer needs.
What’s the general lead time on an item in stock or out of stock?
The lead time for an item depends on its stock status and type. For general parts like CPUs, RAM, and GPUs, if the item is in stock, we offer next-business-day delivery. If it is out of stock, the lead time is typically 3 to 5 days. For servers and other builds, the lead time is 1 to 3 business days. If they are not in stock, please contact your account manager.
What delivery services do you use?
We have long-standing partnerships with DHL, and on ground representatives with next-day or even same-day delivery where available.

How long will my order take to arrive if I am not in the Egypt/UAE?
Our lead times are the same whether you are ordering from within the UK or internationally. For general components such as CPUs, RAM, and GPUs, we provide next-business-day delivery for items in stock. Should an item be out of stock, the lead times varies from product to another, please contact your account manager.

What warranty options do you have?

How does the return to base warranty work?
In the event you need to make a warranty claim, you must send a ticket using our customer portal. Our team will remotely try to fix the issue, or if necessary, the equipment will need to be sent back to us for evaluation or replacement. For more information, please visit our technical support page.

What payment options do you have available?
We accept Cash, Visa and Wire Transfer. We also have the option to finance or rent hardware, which you would need to inquire with our team directly.
Do You have any other branches outside of Egypt?
We have a global presence, with hubs in the EGY, UAE, UK, and US. This enables us to streamline our shipping process and facilitate a quick turnaround for deliveries outside of the Egypt.
How does the refurbishment process work?

What does "refurbished" mean?
Refurbished typically refers to a product that has been restored to a like-new condition after being returned or used. Refurbished items may have been previously owned, returned due to a defect, or simply exchanged by the original buyer. After being returned, they undergo thorough inspection, repair, and testing to ensure they meet quality standards.
What does "recertified" mean?
Recertified hardware is previously used or returned hardware that undergoes rigorous refurbishment that achieves manufacturer certification for quality and meeting specific standards. Typically accompanied by a manufacturer warranty, it strikes a balance between quality and cost-effectiveness.
How do refurbished prices compare to new ones?
In general, refurbished products are lower priced than brand-new. Our refurbished and recertified products offer savings of up to 70%.
What is your return policy for refurbished items?
